I know you are searching or else you wouldn’t be reading this letter at this moment. I know who you are. I am you. As a woman of color you are wondering how other professional women are doing it. Pat built a career in leadership and advocacy, walking into rooms where Latinas were few and far between. But she soon realized that real success wasn’t just about opening doors for herself—it was about holding them open for others.
